 I have worked in early childhood for most of my adult life assisting children and families in various settings. I wanted to make more of a difference and decided to go back to school in order to increase my abilities to serve.  I began practicing in CSCT offering a wide range of services in the school and community settings. In 2017 I started a private practice in Missoula offering therapeutic services that allows me to delve further into assisting others in the most challenging and trying of times. I utilize my framework from working with kids and families to work with adults from a developmental, trauma, systems, and  relational lens.

Life can be a taxing, and sometimes a little help from a professional Therapist can make things better. I care about your well-being and provide you the tools you need in order to seize the day and learn how to tackle even the most traumatic circumstances.
